The platform is designed to: :

  • Publish job postings from Browns & Company PLC and its affiliated companies.
  • Accept online applications from candidates.
  • Maintain a database of candidate profiles and CVs (CV Pool).
  • Host a Talent Community, enabling spontaneous applications even when no job matches are available.
  • Manage and view registered user accounts.
3. Account Registration
  • Candidates may register for a user account to apply for jobs, manage their profiles, and receive job alerts.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
4. Submission of CVs and Applications
  • By submitting a CV or application, you grant Browns & Company PLC the right to store and review your data for current and future recruitment purposes.
  • You may apply for multiple roles or join the Talent Community for future consideration.
  • Submission does not guarantee job placement or an interview.
5. Data Usage and Retention
  • Information you submit (including personal data and CVs) will be stored securely and used strictly for recruitment-related purposes.

6. User Conduct

As a user of this platform, you agree:

  • Not to submit false, misleading, or plagiarized information.
  • Not to upload harmful content, viruses, or attempt to interfere with system functionality.
